Antonio Toledo

I’m Antonio Toledo, I am based out of Boulder Colorado. I serve clients from Loveland to Littleton to Denver and everywhere in between. I enjoy meeting people from all walks of life and helping them realize their dream of owning real estate in the most desirable place to live in the country (yup, personal opinion). I’m here to make the process enjoyable and as stress-free as possible. I do this by staying on top of market trends and communicating with fellow brokers, lenders and closers to have the most up-to date market information. I have a plethora of industry-leading tools and resources geared to helping my clients succeed.
I am originally from Pennsylvania, where I attended Penn State University and studied International Politics. I first came to Colorado in 2017 for a snowboarding trip to Copper. I loved Colorado so much that I decided to call it home. Outside of real estate and mountain activities, I have a new found love for volunteering. Making a personal connection with people and offering my time to help is such a rewarding experience. I mostly give my time to Precious Child based out of Broomfield and Share-A-Gift based out of Boulder. During the season I am also a snowboarding instructor at my home mountain, Eldora.
My approach to being a realtor is based on what I would look for in an agent, especially if it was my first rodeo. Local, knowledgeable, communicative. I am the least sales-y realtor you will ever meet. I believe in building connections and standing up for you when it’s time to negotiate.

DeeDee Daly

For the past 30 years, I have been using my strong organizational skills, dedication, and commitment to helping others to shape the lives and minds of my students as a very successful teacher. I feel blessed to have had such an amazing career where I created lifelong friendships and relationships.
After retiring from teaching, I was presented with an incredible opportunity to reflect on my passions. I asked myself, “What do I love and want to do next?” Throughout my life I have always been interested in real estate. Whether it was researching and looking at houses, decorating homes, or watching HGTV, real estate has been at the center of the things that I enjoy doing in my free time. These hobbies, combined with my love for helping people and my friendly, outgoing personality, have led me to make my decision to get my real estate license.
I am excited to share that I will be teaming up with my daughter, Danielle Daly, at Slifer Smith & Frampton. How lucky am I? Especially since my favorite thing in the world is spending time with my family. I am a Colorado native and can truly appreciate everything that Colorado has to offer. I am extremely excited to support and assist others in finding their dream home in beautiful Colorado.
